My Christmas stay at this hotel was not terrible but also not great. The two key facts that I appreciated were the location, which was close enough to Brussels, and the breakfast buffet which had a good variety of items. I also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby area which gave a nice touch to the atmosphere during the chilly season.

The rooms were not what I expected, they were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The staff was not very friendly or accommodating when we asked for extra blankets and pillows.

The spa facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed the variety of services available. the location was great, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. We also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which included a range of delicious pastries and fruit.

Our room was a bit small and cramped, particularly the bathroom. the staff seemed a bit overworked and at times it was difficult to get their attention when we needed something.

We had an amazing stay in a quiet hotel surrounded by nature. The hotel facilities were brand new, tastefully designed, and spotlessly clean. Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly, spoke good English, and provided excellent service at breakfast. We had access to a large parking area and the excellent wifi made our stay even better.

The restaurant's limited opening hours meant that we needed to plan ahead to avoid it closing, which could be inconvenient at times.

The rooms were in impeccable condition, providing me with a sense of ultimate comfort. The spaciousness and tasteful décor added to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel. The range of saunas, pools, and relaxation rooms in the wellness center were outstanding. I truly enjoyed indulging in the various wellness facilities and felt completely rejuvenated. Another highlight was the exceptional dinner I had on-site, enhancing my dining experience. Lastly, the quality of the massages I received during my stay was top-notch, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and revitalized.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
